Supply Chain Relationship Management System (SCRMS)

SCRMS is an integrated tool for common business functions, such as supplier registration, subcontract reporting, and supply chain performance management.

SCRMS Modules

- Supplier Performance Management/Scorecard:
Provides a collaborative methodology for all stakeholders (SM team members, IBPs and suppliers) to document agreed upon performance metrics, targets and scores to achieve maximum supply chain management integration and performance improvement.

- Subcontract Reporting:
Provides an automated platform for contracting officers to enter subcontracting plans, suppliers to submit quarterly subcontract reports, and USPS Supplier Management professionals to review and approve. For more information regarding subcontract reporting requirements, please visit the Supplier Diversity page.

eSourcing

The USPS eSourcing solution standardizes, automates, and streamlines the processes for sourcing supplies, services, equipment, transportation and facilities.

eSourcing Supplier Registration

As a supplier if you would like to register for eSourcing, please visit the Supplier Registration Information site and follow all steps as directed.

- eRFx
eRFx is an electronic solicitation process for posting such actions as Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). Purchase teams can receive and respond to supplier questions, receive proposals, evaluate offers collaboratively, and post awards.

- Reverse Auction
This tool allows suppliers to submit pricing information in a real-time, dynamic bidding environment.

- Optimization
Optimization allows suppliers to submit offers in areas where their competitive strengths reside and where they can provide the best value to the Postal Service. The tool then performs real-time analysis of all buyer and supplier elements to determine the optimal allocation of business among suppliers.

eBuyPlus

The eBuyPlus portal allows suppliers who have an eBuyPlus or eSourcing account to update their profiles, add and update important information pertaining to their company, and more.*

- Supplier Catalog Management:
Allows suppliers who offer products via eBuyPlus catalogs to upload, update and maintain their catalog offering.

* Please be aware that creating an account in the eBuyPlus/Coupa portal does not equate to being onboarded to sell any items or services to the USPS. Furthermore, creating an account does not infer a catalog/contract with USPS even if you have an established relationship with the Postal Service. Reach out to your contracting officer for information.
