Bulk mail normally accepted or verified at the Dallas BMEU can be accepted or verified at the National Distribution Center, 2400 Tom Landry Frwy., Dallas, 75211, through midnight Feb. 7. Business (bulk) mail acceptance hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Assistance for customers is being provided through the side lobby door during normal business hours. Credit card payments are not accepted currently. This office is unable to process package mailings due to HAZMAT response requirements.
